Design:

Starting from the customer's drawing or prototype, our Engineering Department develops and designs the tools and dies needed for mass production.   

Dies and Tool-Making: 

We have our own tool-making workshop where we have all the equipment required to construct the tools and dies developed in the previous phase. This same department is, of course, also responsible for subsequent upkeep and maintenance of wear and tear of the tools.

Self-sufficiency in these two areas means we are able to give a fast reliable service from the start and resolve any setbacks that may occur during production.  

Our production plant consists of a range of bending and forming machines all of which are set up to die stamp, bend, thread and assemble. They are all compatible with each other thus enhancing our lead times and affording us great agility in responding our customer's needs.   

Quality Control and Assurance:

We have a number of instruments to carry out Quality Control including digital callipers and profile projectors. All data from our verification procedures are computer processed and subjected to an exhaustive statistical analysis.
